Elena returned to Hong Kong in 2018, her childhood home after being in Australia for 15 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Physio from the University of Queensland, and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Sydney. She is particularly interested in high performing athletes with a current interest in Weightlifting and CrossFit Athletes. She currently is an avid CrossFitter herself and enjoys the challenges that come from analysing the bio-mechanics of the complicated lifting patterns. She is also interested in ultra-athletes with large training loads, including Iron Man, ultra-running, Marathons and high intensity athletes. Elena also has experience and interest in returning the post-natal athlete back to high intensity sport and training.
